These classes are designed for kids between the ages of 3 & 7, giving your child the opportunity to sample the basic elements of traditional Martial Arts.

Basic self defense skills and strategies are taught alongside our grommets grading system to promote success in a certain area of their Martial Arts training. The issuing of tips is designed to give the children short term goals, whilst simultaneously working  towards the long-term goal of attaining their black belt once they move up into the traditional grading systems.
