Sparing Class
Sparing Training is by invite only. These sessions are not instructional and instead are for experienced students who are training to compete or have a more serious way to apply their craft. Classes are very fitness and drill based, with competitors training in an environment where they can spar hard with one another under controlled conditions. It is in this class that champions are made.
Combat Sports covered include: MMA, Boxing, Knock Down Karate, Kudo & all other forms of full contact/resistance combat sports.
