Please note you must purchase Gloves, Shin guards, Mouth Guard and Pants for MMA or Classic Karate uniform for karate. (Head Guard With Face Mask optional do note that sparring in class can include head contact). If you do both MMA and Karate, Get the Karate Uniform and not the pants.
